Black Friday promotion T’s & C’s

• This Promotion is only available to new customers signing up with iUncapped on the MFN network.
• This offer may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer on the MetroFibre network
• This promotion is only available on the FTTH (Fibre to the home) network. SMME and business packages
  are excluded.
• The Promotion begins on 22 November 2024 and ends on 6 December 2024, orders placed within this
  time frame will qualify for the promotion.
• All required documentation must be submitted to iUncapped before the promotional order will be placed.
• This promotion is exclusive to the 250Mbps package. After the promotion ends the standard rates for the
  250Mbps package will apply from 1 July 2025 onwards.
• Standard monthly rates are not fixed and are subject to standard price adjustments. If the price of the
  standard 250Mbps package changes during the course of the promotion, clients will be charged the new
  rates once the promotion ends.
• A promotional, once off activation fee of R400.00 will be charged.
• A free to use router is included to any client signing up with iUncapped on the fibre network.
• Should the Customer change their address within the Promotional Benefit Period, the Black Friday
  Promotion will be forfeited, and the Customer will no longer qualify for Promotional Pricing or the
  Promotional Activation Fees at the new address. In this event, activation and installation fees (if
  applicable) at the new address will be charged according to Standard Terms and Conditions, at the
  prevailing standard rates.
• Only one promotion can be claimed per unit/dwelling and no other specials can be claimed concurrently.
• Should the Customer cancel their order prior to activation within 30 (thirty) days from the installation of a
  fibre infrastructure Termination Point and ONT in terms of this promotion, iUncapped shall be entitled to
  demand full payment of the installation and activation costs of the CPE from the person placing the order.
• By placing an order in terms of this promotion you confirm that you accept the provisions of these Rules.
• These Rules may be amended by notification at any time during the Promotion.
• The Promotion is exclusively for eligible participants and is not transferable, not exchangeable and cannot
  be exchanged for its cash value.
